Breakfast is included and served between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Room service is also available.
Dinner parties for groups, based on traditional cuisine and using organic produce from the farm, can be served by arrangement.
The farm recommends:
. Arroz de cabidela (chicken rice speciality)a
. Roast joints
. Roast veal (Maronesa meat)
. Roast mountain kid
. Grilled alheira (traditional sausage)
. Caldeirada cooked in an iron pot (meat stewed with vegetables and potatoes)
. Barbecues
Wines from the farm from 2004 and 2005 are served with meals at the Quinta – these wines are produced with organic grapes and matured in oak casks before being bottled.

Types of lodging
For small groups the Casa dos Moços, the Casa das Mulheres and the Casa da Nora are available. Breakfast is delivered each morning.

Confirmation from the Quinta D’Alagoa by email or by telephone is necessary to validate your reservation

Payment of a small deposit is required to confirm a booking.
